Lab Created Diamonds Description
Lab grown diamonds are also known as lab-made diamonds, synthetic diamonds and synthetic diamonds. There are two main ways to make lab-grown diamonds :CVD and HPHT.
Physical, chemical and optical properties of the same, so laboratory cultivation of diamond is true or false? Development of the diamond industry often use analogy to answer this question: laboratory cultivation of diamond and natural diamond like greenhouse flowers and natural flowers. They are both flowers, but they grow in different environments. Lab-grown diamonds and natural diamonds are like ice in the refrigerator and natural ice. They're both ice, but they formed in different environments.
Natural diamonds take millions of years to form. Before volcanic eruptions, subsurface lava Wells from about 150 to 200 kilometers deep can slowly cool down in the crater as the crater is often blocked. The pure carbon material pressure is 4.5 * 10 ^ 6 ~ 9 pa. When the temperature dropped to 1000 ~ 1250 ℃, the natural diamond crystal formation. Only a few places deep in the earth have the physical and chemical conditions to form diamonds.
However, in the production of natural diamond growing conditions in nature can now be simulated in the laboratory, the use of high temperature and high pressure (HPHT) or chemical vapor deposition (CVD) techniques, in just a few weeks can produce laboratory production of gem grade diamond.
