Diamonds are made of pure carbon in the shape of a tetrahedron. Diamonds are famous all over the world as luxury and precious jewelry. Numerous UV detection instruments on the market can initially detect whether it is a CVD synthetic diamond. Of course, other tests are needed to confirm whether the sample is a CVD-grown diamond or a natural diamond. If the diamond is not Type IIa, it is most likely a natural diamond.
